Lakeshore is a sophisticated residential project where contemporary architecture is softened through warm materials, layered textures, and carefully considered details. The interior was developed to create continuity between spaces while maximizing natural light, functionality, and everyday comfort.

Architectural Designer Andres Gonzalez developed the design vision through a carefully curated combination of natural stone, large-format porcelain, warm wood finishes, custom cabinetry, architectural lighting, refined metals, and textured fabrics. Every material was evaluated not only for its appearance, but also for its durability, craftsmanship, performance, and relationship to the surrounding finishes.

Andres worked closely with manufacturers, fabricators, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to coordinate the design from concept through execution. His relationships with premium American, Italian, and European manufacturers provided access to exceptional materials and products that helped elevate the overall quality and character of the residence.
