Verbena is a residential transformation focused on creating a more open, functional, and contemporary living experience. A key design decision was removing the wall between the kitchen and dining room, opening the floor plan to make the home feel significantly more spacious while improving the connection between cooking, dining, and entertaining areas.

Architectural Designer Andres Gonzalez redesigned the kitchen to maximize functionality and create a cleaner architectural aesthetic, incorporating custom cabinetry and panel-ready appliances that integrate seamlessly into the space. Andres also introduced wide-plank wood flooring to bring warmth and continuity throughout the home, along with an improved lighting design that creates a brighter, more inviting atmosphere.

Carefully selected materials, textures, finishes, and architectural details complete the transformation, creating a home that feels more spacious, cohesive, sophisticated, and functional for everyday living.
