Westmoreland is a boutique multifamily development featuring nine sophisticated apartment residences, designed to combine contemporary luxury, functionality, and everyday comfort. Each condo-style residence features a modern interior with tile flooring, high-end finishes, designer lighting, spacious closets, and individually controlled climate systems.

Architectural Designer Andres Gonzalez developed a refined residential experience centered around Euro-style cabinetry and gourmet kitchens featuring durable surfaces and chef-quality appliances. Special attention was also given to privacy and acoustic comfort, incorporating soundproofing membranes between floors and shared walls to create peaceful living environments within an urban multifamily setting.

Andres carefully coordinated the finishes, lighting, cabinetry, appliances, materials, and construction details with the owner, manufacturers, consultants and subcontractors to create nine residences that balance sophisticated design with the comfort and functionality of modern living.
